Internal factors are: Due to the high viscosity of the ink, the ink surface tension, the gas oil in the ink film is difficult to escape from the ink. .

① try to use a hydrophobic solvent.
② produce bubbles when the ink itself, can be added to an appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent in the ink.
